The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Perrukos, an online store operating exclusively over the Internet.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer you the Services.

SECTION 2: OUR PRODUCTS
Perrukos markets two types of products:
- Physical products: items that are shipped to your home within Spanish territory.
- Digital products: downloadable files (PDFs, coloring books, educational activities, stories, cut-outs, etc.) that are delivered immediately after purchase, without physical shipping.
We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors or appearance may vary depending on the device or screen settings. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
SECTION 3: ORDERS
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
The order will be considered accepted only when you receive email confirmation.
Once the order is processed, cancellation or modification is not guaranteed.
Returns are governed exclusively by our Shipping and Returns Policy.
Purchases are intended exclusively for personal use, not commercial use or resale.
SECTION 4: PRICING AND BILLING
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the corresponding charges.
SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Physical products: We ship exclusively to Spain. Delivery times are 2 to 3 business days from order processing and may vary due to factors beyond our control (transport, holidays, high demand). Once the order is delivered to the carrier, the risk passes to the customer.
Digital products: Delivery is immediate. After completing the purchase, the customer will receive an email with the download link. They can also access the file from their account in the "My Orders" section. We recommend saving the file to your device or cloud once downloaded.
SECTION 6: DIGITAL PRODUCTS — LICENSE OF USE AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
By purchasing a digital product from Perrukos, the customer obtains a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license for the private use of the downloaded file. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Reproducing, distributing, selling, or assigning the file to third parties.
- Using the content for commercial purposes.
- Modifying or altering the file for redistribution.
In accordance with article 103 m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
By completing the purchase of a digital product, the customer expressly accepts these conditions and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
If the downloaded file has a technical defect, the customer must contact us at soporte@perrukos.com, and we will resolve it immediately.
SECTION 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content (texts, images, logos, design, videos, brands, digital files, etc.) is the property of Perrukos or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Its reproduction, distribution, or use without express written authorization is prohibited.
SECTION 8: OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with third-party tools “as is” without any warranties or liability for their use. Any use by you of such tools is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 9: THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites.
SECTION 10: RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store uses Shopify technology, but all sales are made directly with Perrukos.
Shopify is not responsible for the products or transactions made in our store.

By using our Services, you acknowledge having read and accepted it.
SECTION 12: COMMENTS AND USER CONTENT
