At Perrukos, we ship to:

Our services are offered exclusively online . We do not have a physical store or in-person pickup.

🚚 All shipments are always free, with no minimum purchase amount.


⏳ Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Spain and delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

The deadlines are indicative and may be affected by holidays, high demand, or other circumstances beyond Perrukos' control.


📦 Order Processing

Orders are prepared on the next business day after purchase.


🔍 Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the link to track it.

Tracking may take between 24 and 72 hours to update.


📦 Shipments in multiple packages

In some cases, if your order contains several products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. In this case, you will receive several packages on different days.

You will receive a tracking number for each shipment when your order is shipped.


🔁 Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases, a replacement or refund will be offered, as appropriate.


💸 Return Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, Perrukos will cover the return costs.

  • In other cases, return costs may be borne by the customer.


❌ Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.
