🚚 Shipping and Returns
At Perrukos we offer two types of products: physical products (shipped to your home) and digital products (immediate download). Below you will find all the information according to the type of purchase.
📦 Physical Products
🌍 Shipping Zone
We ship exclusively to Spain. We do not have a physical store or in-person pickup. Our services are offered exclusively online.
💸 Shipping Cost
🚚 All shipments are always free, with no minimum purchase amount.
⏳ Delivery Times
All orders are shipped from Spain and delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by holidays, high demand, or other circumstances beyond Perrukos' control.
📋 Order Processing
Orders are prepared on the next business day after the purchase is made.
🔍 Order Tracking
All physical orders include a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the link to track it.
Tracking may take between 24 and 72 hours to update.
📦 Shipments in multiple packages
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
🔁 Returns — Physical Products
⏱️ Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return.
📩 How to request a return
To initiate a return, contact us indicating:
- Order number
- Reason for the return

🚨 Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
💸 Return costs
- If the product is defective or incorrect, Perrukos will cover the return costs.
- In other cases, return costs may be borne by the customer.
❌ Cancellations — Physical Products
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.
📥 Digital Products
⚡ Immediate delivery
Digital products do not require shipping. As soon as you complete your purchase, you will immediately receive an email with the download link. You can also access your files from your account, in the "My orders" section.
⏳ Download link validity
The download link has limited validity. We recommend saving the file to your device or to the cloud (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox…) as soon as you download it, to always have it available.
🖨️ Can I print the files?
Yes! All our digital products are designed to be printed at home or at any copy shop. We recommend paper of at least 90 gsm for best results. Use is strictly personal and non-commercial.
🔁 Returns — Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, once the file has been downloaded, returns are not possible, in accordance with article 103 m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consumer and User Law).
If you have any problem with your download or the file is damaged, write to us and we will solve it immediately:

❌ Cancellations — Digital Products
Once the purchase has been completed and access to the download has been provided, it is not possible to cancel the order. If you have any questions before purchasing, write to us and we will help you.
